  1. FW 190A GUNNERY PRACTICE

  3. The Focke-Wulf 190 was the best German
  4. mass-produced, piston-engined fighter
  5. of the war.  The FW 190 was smaller than 
  6. most other fighters of its day, giving 
  7. it the advantage of being a smaller 
  8. target for Allied fighters and gunners.
  9. The A-5, first produced in April, 1943,
  10. could accept a wider variety of ordnance 
  11. types than earlier versions.

  13.                     YOUR MISSION
  14.  
  15. Practice making attack runs on a
  16. formation of three B-17s.  The best
  17. approach is from the front and slightly
  18. above the bombers, where they are most
  19. vulnerable to your Focke-Wulf's machine 
  20. guns and cannons.  Once you've flown
  21. past the bombers, break in a different
  22. direction, and then continue to "jink"
  23. until you're out of range of their 
  24. defensive gunfire.

  26. Your FW 190A cannot be damaged and has
  27. unlimited ammunition.

  29. Your mission will not end automatically.
